Solid wood

Boards obtained by sawing logs are dried and then transformed into components using milling machines, routers, tenoners, cutters, and sanders. The elements are then joined using mortise and tenon joints and with epoxy adhesives and steel screws, then covered with wooden plugs.

Metal

Metal rods are cut, bent manually or using CNC, and finally welded and assembled, smoothed and cleaned. Products requiring painting then go to the department.

Fabrics

Metal or wooden stems are woven by hand according to the desired pattern, at this stage only artisanal experience guarantees the final product.

Thermoplastic material

Polyethylene granules are introduced into the system, which after mounting the necessary mould creates the desired shape in a heating and cooling cycle, in a neutral colour or mass-dyed.

Painting

Products requiring painting are processed in a facility equipped with a powder coating line and a water-based painting line.

Stuffed

All fabrics are cut and sewn to measure using the best threads and accessories. Foam rubber of various densities and types is cut from sheets of standard sizes and possibly reassembled to obtain complex shapes, then covered with protective fabric and combined with the fabric.
