Description
How can one define and describe the Dutch brand Brink & Campman? The answer is remarkably simple – it is extraordinary creativity and a knack for design. For decades, the Dutch company has been designing and manufacturing high-quality, original rugs. Most of them are produced in the factory in Lichtenvoorde. All products originate from the Brink & Campman design studio. In addition to its own collections, the manufactory also creates rug collections for renowned brands in the fashion and interior design world. The design studio collaborates with designers from these brands, resulting in recognisable collections full of iconic patterns that are sure to catch the eye in your unique interior.
The history of Brink & Campman is very important for Dutch craftsmanship. The brand was established in 1987 and today utilises over 100 years of experience, both domestically and internationally! The factory in Lichtenvoorde produces modern rugs using old crafts. This is the essence of an innovative approach to creating premium products. To combine history, experience, and the creativity of young people. The art of design does not emerge overnight. That is why multi-generational manufactories make great use of their rich tradition. Drawing from the old tradition of craftsmanship is a nod to true handwork. For example, Axminster creosene rugs are produced using a traditional weaving process. Mixing thick wool yarn and a special dyeing technique creates a unique rug! And thinner yarn combined with shiny eucalyptus fibre creates original and intriguing patterns.
In the Netherlands, Stone and Twinset rugs are also produced using the tufting technique. The yarn used gives these features their solid appearance. Moreover, this technology offers the possibility to choose the form and size according to your own input.
Yara, Nima, and Yeti from the Brink & Campman collection are handwoven in Nepal and India. The use of the most wonderful yarns in this traditional technique gives these exclusive rugs a lovely appearance. It is the craftsmanship that plays such an important role in hand tying, which can be wonderfully combined with modern design. Handwoven stylish rugs are an addition to various Brink & Campman collections. All characterised by flat weaving technique, and the variants in the collection are extremely diverse. While Kashba most closely resembles a traditional Kilim with striking patterns and vibrant colours, Marble and Cobble are of a completely different kind. Using thick and twisted wool yarn in rich shades creates structures that give a sense of elegance and solidity.
In the wide range of Luxury Products, you will find dozens of world brands with rugs. We have specialised for 9 years in creating and designing the most exclusive interiors. Arrange a free consultation with our designer.
