In harmony and without contradiction, the company has managed to combine the value of handcrafting with the precision of the most advanced wood processing technologies. The Bernardinello company, founder of the BBelle Italia brand, is located in Cerea, a few kilometres from Verona, in an area renowned for its tradition of classic style furniture since the early 20th century. Established in 1975, the company now operates over an area of approximately 11,000 square metres, divided between a warehouse of raw furniture ready for shipment, a building dedicated to storing raw materials, finished furniture, and polished furniture, and finally a laboratory of 3,500 square metres.

Bernardinello is a leader in Italy in the production of classic style furniture, and since January 2010, with its own brand "BBELLE ITALIA", it has started offering its collections on international markets as well. New collections with modern and contemporary tastes have joined the classic collections. All our products are made exclusively in our factory, and we are responsible for all stages of processing.

The quality of our creations is guaranteed by the experience and expertise of our skilled staff. We pay particular attention to the selection of raw materials from which all our models are made. Finally, a very important stage that should not be overlooked is the finishing and lacquering process of the furniture, where ancient techniques blend with the search for increasingly innovative products that enhance the quality of finishes with the utmost respect for the environment.

This first and crucial phase of teamwork is fundamental; each proposal is evaluated, discussed, and then designed, checking its feasibility with 3D programs to assess the final product outcome. The wood used for production is first subjected to careful selection; only the best is cut to obtain the various pieces that make up the product. The choice of wood is the first step towards quality. Once the wood is selected and cut, we move on to the next phase.

Inlay Work - Where the Identity of Each Piece of Furniture is Born

Inlay is a type of decoration achieved through an incredibly fascinating processing technique based on the harmonious contrast of different shades of wood or veneer, mother-of-pearl, or any material that can give furniture a unique identity. Inlay involves hollowing out the wooden surface and inserting an essence of a different colour or material to form decorative motifs. This task should be entrusted to an inlayer or a carpenter specialising in drawing, as the process requires great sensitivity and proven experience. The inlay can define the character of the furniture and make it unique.

Laser Cutting and Laser Engraving

Great technology for very precise interventions. The use of laser technology allows us to create inlays and details on the surface of our collection's furniture with extraordinary precision. Thanks to the advanced technological machines we have, we can create valuable processes that enrich every environment with uniqueness and personality.

Milling and Sanding - Furniture Profiling

This processing stage allows us, through the use of modern milling machines, to quickly obtain semi-finished products that will later make up our furniture. Milling is a mechanical processing method that changes the profile of the detail and is carried out using numerically controlled devices. Providing the most advanced machinery for this type of operation guarantees our company speed and high production capacity. Sanding is a complex operation carried out with special tools. The aim of this phase is to prepare the wood for painting and significantly impacts the final effect. During this process, the wood surface is significantly smoothed to eliminate traces of previous processing and prepare the material for subsequent phases.

Assembly

In the assembly phase, the various parts that make up the furniture are joined together. This moment is truly delicate and must be executed solidly to achieve a harmonious and stable item. Our staff specialise in assembling all types of furniture, whether smooth or carved, rounded or profiled. Each section must be precisely connected to the other; only in this way will the cabinet be fully functional once assembled.
