The origins of New York-based company Warp & Weft date back to 2001. It was then that Michael Mandapati decided to set up a company different from all the others.

Himalayan wool, mulberry silk, as well as nettles, hemp or flax are used. The majority of the dyeing is done using plants, which is sure to appeal to those who care about the environment.
All products are made in Nepal, where highly skilled craftsmen make them by hand. The carpets then make their way to Switzerland, where they are finished, acquiring their final look. Thanks to their higher lanolin content, they are softer, more resistant to staining and gain a beautiful sheen.
