MARIONI is a family story

The company, now in its third generation, was founded in Florence in 1966 from the intuition of its founder Paolo Marioni. The initial artisanal nature of the workshop quickly evolved, and by the 1980s, it had adopted its current corporate character. Starting with ceramic materials, the product lines gradually expanded to include interior furnishings, with particular attention to colour combinations, finishes, and decorations. Their objects are associated with the creativity of details and the manual skill of craftsmanship.

After Paolo's untimely death in 1992, his son Simone took the helm of the company, steering its development and expansion into international markets.
This was the time for the launch of the Cultura d’Arredo collection, which presents an extraordinary combination of ceramics and fabrics, heralding success through precise market positioning: Marioni offers its clients a range of elegant products that reference the past but with a touch of charm, reflecting the uniqueness, authenticity, and originality of "made in Italy".

The 2000s brought the consolidation of distribution across all countries worldwide and the beginning of a path of organisational and managerial evolution, leading the brand to face new challenges of digitalisation, culminating in the creation of its own archive of three-dimensional models ready for AR/VR reality.

In 2018, the firstborn Vittoria joined the company as head of communication and quality, marking further generational evolution. Thus, the brand reaches the present day with the wealth of fifty years of experience, where artisanal production and management concepts are offered to the most sophisticated and demanding clients seeking entirely Italian luxury.
