We are pleased to present to you the Limited Edition. The "The Tale of Genji" Collection "Kohi" - a series inspired by the 1,000-year-old Japanese classic novel. The pen was created by Misako Azumai based on the 1911 series pen.

Misako Azumai is a young and very talented artist who began learning at the Kyoto School of Traditional Art right after finishing high school, focusing on artistic lacquer techniques. Her graduation work from this school was exhibited at MIA in Italy. After learning Kyo Maki-e techniques under the guidance of master Tadao Kunieda, she began creating works in her distinctive style. Her craftsmanship is highly appreciated for its delicate and feminine style.
