Every item produced by Sibania is absolutely unique, both in terms of the craftsmanship of each piece and the unparalleled technique that makes imitation difficult. These items are entirely modelled and hand-painted in our laboratory in the province of Vicenza, Italy. The clothes are thin sheets of porcelain with printed textures. These sheets are cut according to the dress model and then patiently applied to the statue's body. Hairstyles are also occasionally crafted by hand. On the "biscuit" terracotta, faces, clothes, and accessories are painted with non-toxic colours; the piece is finally subjected to further firing known as the "third fire". Any additional details, such as violin strings or wasp tripods, are applied at this stage to the finished piece.

With experiences in Capodimonte porcelain, it can be proudly said that since the mid-1980s, Sibania has been a leading company in this field of porcelain doll production. Indeed, since the 1980s, production has been based on their own models of biscuit components for the most important artisan workshops and porcelain doll manufacturing companies in Italy. In 1998, the company began producing figurines, small sculptures that mainly depict children. On one hand, constantly remembering the productive finishing and decoration techniques acquired during Capodimonte experiences, and on the other, introducing new stylistic and technical methods.
