Amazing creativity in ceramic design and a luxurious approach to the handcrafted finishing of every single item is the hallmark of the Italian brand Ceramiche Bruno Costenaro. Each article labelled "B.C." is meticulously produced following all the steps necessary to achieve the perfect product, shaped and finished to a high standard. Every piece is modelled according to instructions personally dictated by Bruno Costenaro, reflecting his taste and the preferences of his clients, as well as market trends. After the first model is produced, moulds are made for the production of the final products. This begins the time-consuming process of creating this wonderful ceramics. 

It all started when Bruno Costenaro, born in Bassano in 1940, began to learn the secrets of ceramics. At the time, he was thirteen years old and worked in companies in Marostica and Cassola. At the age of twenty, he decided to create captivating Italian ceramics himself, initially with two partners in the town of Vallonara, and later independently in the town of Pianezze. 

Over the years, demand for his products grew, and the brand moved to Molvena. Initially, a small production took place in the basement of his new residence, and after many setbacks, he built a workshop adjacent to his home, where he still works today. This shows that family-run manufactories are thriving and creating true luxury. The strength of the manufactory was remarkable, thanks to the level of creativity, innovation, their interest in exporting, and the company's ability to overcome crises in this business sector, providing employment over the years to about seventy collaborators, whom Costenaro taught the trade: among them his children, who continue the business. 

On 26 March 2000, Bruno Costenaro received the honorary title of master craftsman of the province of Vicenza; in tribute to his exemplary conduct both personally and professionally, distinguished by his commitment to work and generosity in passing on techniques and values to future generations. To date, the company Ceramiche Bruno Costenaro has had the advantage of being one of the most prestigious ceramic factories in the area, always looking to the future, conducting research to satisfy its customers, providing them with high-quality artistic products. 

What does the process of creating this luxurious ceramics look like? 

Each piece of ceramics from the mould is then hand-finished. Lacquered using the "a bagno" (dipping) method, according to the colours chosen by the client (for example: white, black, ruby red, cobalt blue, emerald green), and then fired at a temperature of 1020. 

At this temperature, the lacquer makes each item resistant and transparent. Finally, each piece is entirely hand-finished, thanks to the skills of Italian decorators who achieve refined details in gold and platinum. Fired at a temperature of 600 \ 700 degrees, the final product is obtained, delicate in craftsmanship and carefully finished in every detail. After polishing, each piece is marked, and a quality certificate from the factory is placed in a small package. The items are packed in cardboard boxes using a modern packing machine that creates soft cushions wrapping the delicate articles. 

Thanks to this modern packaging method, there is never a problem with damaged goods or destroyed items. However, all cardboard boxes are included in a euro pallet (width 80 cm x depth 120 cm), making the goods safer and eliminating the issue of missing items. Upon the product's arrival, the client can attest to the quality of the received product, having purchased an item from Ceramiche Bruno Costenaro. 

Today, the company has expanded to include: gifts, complete series consisting of central elements, baskets, vases, picture frames, ashtrays, plates, lamps, columns, cachepots, mirrors, panels, candlesticks, clocks, tables, and swans.
