Every item produced by Sibania is absolutely unique both in the craftsmanship of each piece and the unparalleled technique that makes imitation difficult. These items are entirely modelled and hand-painted in our laboratory in the province of Vicenza (Italy). The clothes are thin sheets of porcelain with printed textures. These sheets are cut according to the dress model and then patiently applied to the statue's body. Hairstyles are also occasionally crafted by hand. On the "biscuit" terracotta, faces, clothes, and accessories are painted with non-toxic colours; the piece is eventually subjected to further firing called "third fire". Any additional details, such as violin strings or tripod axes, are applied at this stage to the finished piece.

Inspired by the stylistic and technical features of the traditional craft of so-called Capodimonte porcelain, Sibania has been producing porcelain since 1980. Emerging from this tradition, characterised by exceptional manual skills, the company strives to introduce continuous innovations while maintaining unchanged craftsmanship and Italian artistry as a reference point.

The manufactory places great importance on the centuries-old tradition of the artisan workshop with precise research into materials, and one of their goals is continuous innovation of the product with respect for human health: that is, using only non-toxic materials, free from lead, cadmium, and other compounds hazardous to health. With experiences in Capodimonte porcelain, it can proudly be said that since the mid-80s, Sibania has been a leading company in this field of porcelain doll production. Indeed, since the 80s, production has been based on its own models of biscuit components for the most important artisan workshops and porcelain doll manufacturing companies in Italy. In 1998, the company began producing figurines, small sculptures that mainly depict children. On one hand, constantly remembering the productive techniques of finishing and decoration acquired during Capodimonte experiences, and on the other, introducing new stylistic and technical methods. The unique and specific techniques used by Sibania, as well as the widespread use of manual skills, allow us to say that their works are unique.
