The beginnings of the New York brand Warp & Weft date back to 2001, when Michael Mandapati decided to establish a company unlike any other.
The carpets are made using, for example, Himalayan wool, mulberry silk, as well as nettles, hemp, and linen. Plants are used for dyeing. All products are handcrafted in Nepal by highly skilled workers. The carpets are then sent to Switzerland, where they are finished to achieve their final appearance. Thanks to a higher lanolin content, they are also softer, more stain-resistant, and gain exceptional luster.
The variety of patterns ensures that Warp & Weft's offerings include a gem to meet the most demanding expectations.
