Italian Brand Cosi Tabellini Art of Pewter – over 60 years of tradition

The tradition of creating pewter products in Italy dates back to the early Middle Ages. This craft was primarily specialised by the inhabitants of Lombardy. It was here, in 1954, that Bruno Cosi, along with his nephew Sergio Tabellini, opened his small artisan workshop. He began creating mainly pewter tableware, as well as various decorations. The exceptional craftsmanship and artistic eye meant that the products created in the modest shop quickly gained popularity. Over the years, the small workshop transformed into a large production facility, and today the company is managed by the descendants of Cosi and Tabellini – Sergio's children. The company still retains its family character and continues to focus on hand production methods that straddle the line between craft and art. This is why their unique decorations are appreciated worldwide.
