ArtBe srl is a company founded in 2015. Its main activity is the production and sale of resin products galvanised with silver and gold.
All products are created in an Italian laboratory, using the finest Italian materials. Human value is very important to the brand, which is why it deeply believes in its employees, who are the added value of the factory. ArtBe's priority is the well-being of its employees, which is why it invests in their salaries and a safe working environment.
PHILOSOPHY
ArtBe is located in Molise, an unknown land rich in history, traditions, and values. Every day we work with passion and professionalism, providing solidity to our team and clients.
PRODUCTS
Each item is originally crafted. It starts with a prototype or model, which turns into an original and handmade piece, entirely handled manually.
The production process is divided into several phases.
1) The first step is the prototype object. The prototype or "model" is made in-house based on a drawing, photo, or 3D file.
2) After obtaining the model, the company creates a silicone rubber mould, which allows for the creation of a shape from polyester filled with resin. The resin is then rinsed and polished to remove any impurities.
3) At this stage, the resin is ready for silver coating through the electroforming galvanic method. The galvanising process involves the following stages: grinding, degreasing, metallisation, and finally silvering.
4) Next, employees proceed to manual refinement by a highly skilled team performing various finishes: ageing, glazing, polishing, and anti-oxidation painting on the item.
5) The product that results from all these processes should in all aspects be considered handmade.
