Luigi Bigoloni founded Manital in 1990 in Vobarno, a small town in the province of Brescia, a region globally renowned for metalworking and craftsmanship. From the very beginning, Bigoloni laid the foundations of the company's philosophy: a passion for design, attention to detail, and the pursuit of innovation.

The 1990s provided an excellent opportunity to develop and implement cutting-edge technologies for handle production, by introducing new production systems focused on robotics and automation, a semi-automatic assembly system, and a computerised system to support warehouse management.

The application of state-of-the-art industrial technologies allows for perfection in the production cycle, waste reduction, and quality optimisation. However, the manual craftsmanship, which represents the cultural heritage of the Brescia Valleys, remains in Manital's production.

BRASS

Eco-friendly, thanks to its full recyclability. Durable over time due to its excellent corrosion resistance. Brass is an alloy consisting of 60% copper, a material that is 100% recyclable and naturally antibacterial.

ZINC ALLOY

The zinc processing involves reduced energy consumption and minimal emissions into the atmosphere. Moreover, it can be remelted and reused multiple times without losing its original properties, and any waste generated during the production process is fully recyclable.

FINISHES

The Italian brand Manital offers a variety of galvanic and PVD finishes. The galvanic finishing process coats the base metal of the handle with a different type of metal, making it more resistant and durable. Galvanic finishes are offered in colours: chrome, nickel, bronze, brass. PVD or Physical Vapor Deposition technology is achieved by evaporating metals in a vacuum and depositing particles onto the handle, providing strong aesthetic, technical, and ecological properties.
