In harmony and without contradiction, the company has managed to combine the value of handwork with the precision of the most advanced woodworking technologies. Bernardinello, founder of the BBelle Italia brand, is located in Cerea, a few kilometres from Verona, an area famous for its tradition of elegant classic furniture since the early 20th century. Founded in 1975, the company now operates in an area of around 11,000 square metres, divided between a warehouse for raw furniture ready for dispatch, a building dedicated to the storage of raw materials, finished furniture and polished furniture, and finally a laboratory of 3,500 square metres.

The Bernardinello brand is the leader in Italy in the production of classic-style furniture, and since January 2010, with its own brand "BBELLE ITALIA", it has started to offer its collections also on foreign markets. The classic collections have been joined by new collections with a modern and contemporary taste. All our products are made exclusively in our factory, we are responsible for all stages of processing.

The quality of our creations is guaranteed by the experience and competence of our experienced staff. We pay special attention to the selection of raw materials from which all our models are made. Finally, a very important stage that should not be underestimated is the process of finishing and varnishing the furniture, ancient techniques are mixed with the search for ever more innovative products that enhance the quality of the finishes with the utmost respect for the environment.

We work in both classic and contemporary furniture, but in each case we choose to make only solid wood furniture with multi-layered sections for rounded elements.

Quality control is carried out by experienced carpenters who, thanks to their many years of experience, can follow the development of the furniture from the earliest stages, competently assessing each individual piece to detect even the smallest flaw: in fact, only products that meet our standards reach the next processing phase.

Through in-house polishing, we can provide our customers with a finished or raw piece of furniture ready for painting; in any case, regardless of the solution chosen, it will leave our company after a thorough quality check. All components are checked individually at the various processing stages and the finished furniture is always expertly inspected before packaging. High quality standards are essential for us.

Specials followed step by step with care and emotion

All production takes place at our premises. Our collaborators know exactly the raw material and how to select it working and responding to the level of quality required by our brand. For us, wood is synonymous with life: in the countries of origin, we select the one with the best properties, carefully select, follow the cut and this is subjected to selective control before use.

The main processing steps that lead to the wood becoming Bbelle furniture are carried out directly in our factory and are followed by important employees, as always for all the furniture we produce.

Design - Birth of an idea

The ideas are sketched and then developed using sophisticated design software, this first and important phase of teamwork is fundamental, every single proposal is evaluated, discussed and then designed, checking its feasibility using 3D software, in order to evaluate the final result of the product. Also in this first phase, the best solutions are researched in order to meet the specific requirements of the customers, these tailor-made, complex designs of entire environments, BBelle never fails to meet the expectations of its customers.

Selection and cutting of raw materials - Quality from the first step.

The wood used in production is first carefully selected, only the best is cut to obtain the different pieces from which the product is composed. The selection of wood is the first step towards quality. Only experts who skilfully follow each phase can select the part of the trunk that guarantees the quality and durability of our creations. Once the wood has been selected and cut, we move on to the next phase.

Inlay work - Where the identity of each piece of furniture is born

Inlay is a type of decoration obtained by an extremely fascinating processing technique, which is based on the harmonious contrast of different shades of wood or sheet metal, mother-of-pearl or any material that can give the furniture a special identity. Marquetry consists of hollowing out a wooden surface and inserting essences in another colour or another material to form decorative motifs. This intervention should be entrusted to an inlay artist or a carpenter specialised in drawing, as the process requires great sensitivity and proven experience. An inlay can define the character of a piece of furniture and make it unique.

Laser Cutting and Laser Engraving

Great technology for very precise interventions. The use of laser technology allows us to create intarsia and details on the surface of the furniture in our collections with extreme precision. Thanks to the high-tech machines we have at our disposal, we can create valuable processes that enrich any environment with uniqueness and personality.

High-resolution engraving possible with a laser is impossible to achieve with other methods, which is why we are equipped with machines for this type of processing, so we can guarantee very high precision processing.

Milling and sandblasting - Furniture profile

This processing stage allows us, thanks to the use of modern milling machines, to quickly obtain the semi-finished products from which our furniture will then be composed. Milling is a machining process that changes the profile of the workpiece and is carried out using numerically controlled equipment. The provision of state-of-the-art machinery for this type of operation guarantees our company speed and high production capacity. Sanding is a complex operation that takes place with special tools. The purpose of this phase is to prepare the wood for painting and indeed it has a significant impact on the end result. During this process, the surface of the wood is smoothed to a great extent in order to eliminate traces of previous treatment and prepare the material for the next phases.

Assembly

In the assembly phase, the different parts that make up the furniture are joined together. This moment is really delicate and must be done solidly in order to obtain a harmonious and stable object. Our staff specialises in assembling all kinds of furniture, smooth or carved, rounded or profiled. Each section must be carefully joined to the other, only in this way will the cabinet be fully functional when assembled.
