ArtBe srl is a company founded in 2015. Its main business activity is the production and sale of resin products galvanised with silver and gold.
All products are created in an Italian laboratory, using the finest Italian materials. Human value is very important to the company, which is why it deeply believes in its employees, who are the added value of the factory. ArtBe's priority is the well-being of its employees, which is why it invests in their wages and a safe working environment.
PHILOSOPHY
ArtBe is located in Molise, an unknown land rich in history, traditions, and values. Every day, we work with passion and professionalism, providing solidity to our team and clients.
PRODUCTS
Each item is originally crafted. It begins with a prototype or model, which will turn into an original and handmade piece, entirely manually handled.
The production process is divided into several phases.
1) The first step is the prototype object. The prototype or "model" is created in-house based on a drawing, photo, or 3D file.
2) Once the model is obtained, the company creates a silicone rubber mould, which allows for the creation of a shape from polyester filled with resin. The resin is then rinsed and polished to remove any impurities.
3) At this stage, the resin is ready for silver coating through the electroforming galvanic method. The plating process involves the following stages: grinding, degreasing, metallisation, and finally silvering.
4) Next, employees proceed to manual refinement by a highly skilled team performing various finishes: ageing, glazing, polishing, and anti-oxidation painting on the object.
5) The product resulting from all these processes should be regarded in all aspects as handmade.
