Then Bernardo Quaia, Floriano's son, lays the foundations of the company, where the first decorative furniture will later be. Francesco, Bernardo's son, builds the factory and creates - using his surname - a true brand. Together with his brother Floriano, he creates Quaia furniture.

During the 1980s, Francesco Quaia establishes the Oasis brand, specialising in the production and design of bathroom furniture, which then becomes part of the company's offering. At the turn of the millennium, a wave of change, fresh luxurious new ideas, permeates the company in the form of the next generation, Francesco's three children: Francesca, Federica, and Lorenzo. The product line was completely revamped and relaunched to offer a complete and coordinated package of luxury interiors under the brand, inspired by cosmopolitan and contemporary style.
