The wide range of designs offered by Cosi Tabellini presents three collections named respectively: Thistle, Art Noveau and Century. These three collections reflect several approaches to design. The first is subject to the idea that utility items must be aesthetic objects, but they must be primarily functional, made in an elegant, simple way - with symmetrical lines, from solid materials, where every element in the final form is carefully considered.
Art Noveau is the complete opposite of Thistle - ornate items are a combination of functionality and artistic craftsmanship, refined Art Nouveau, asymmetry.
Century, on the other hand, is expressive, feminine and extremely original thanks to its wealth of references to different eras in design history.
The advantages of pewter
Pewter is an alloy of three metals: tin (90-98%), antimony (0.5-8%) and copper (0.25-2.5%). It is an extremely solid and hard material, yet malleable. Like any metal object, like household silverware, these too need to be cared for to keep the shiny metal in excellent condition for many years.
