The founders of the brand firmly reject the idea of mass production by random labour, which they believe would lead to the loss of identity of the knives offered. Therefore, their workshop's philosophy places great emphasis on the employed personnel. However, this Italian family is not closed to innovations. They are most welcome, provided they introduce elements that do not conflict with the existing philosophy and can withstand long-term quality tests.

Unlike others, the various stages of knife creation are not handled by specialised groups of craftsmen but are often completed from start to finish by the same person. Thanks to this practice, each blade is completely unique.
The production uses the highest quality materials - the blades are made of steel, while the handles are made from buffalo, bison, or deer horns, or 'bosso' wood.

The brand owners suggest that their creations, although intended for everyday use, should be treated with the respect that guarantees their longevity. Each one is, after all, a small, unique artefact.
