Then Bernardo Quaia, Floriano's son, lays the foundations of the company, where the first decorative furniture will later be made. Francesco, Bernardo's son, builds a factory and creates a true brand using his surname. Together with his brother Floriano, he creates Quaia furniture.

During the 1980s, Francesco Quaia establishes the Oasis brand, specialising in the production and design of bathroom furniture, which then becomes part of the company's offering. At the turn of the millennium, a wave of change and fresh luxurious new ideas permeates the company in the form of the next generation, Francesco's three children: Francesca, Federica, and Lorenzo. The product line was completely revamped and relaunched to offer a complete and coordinated package of luxury interiors inspired by cosmopolitan and contemporary style under the brand.
