In 1976, Eddy founded the company in Bassano del Grappa, in the Veneto region. His vision was a world where everyone deserved to use beautiful, practical, and sturdy ceramics at home every day. As customers often emphasise, it is these small pleasures that make life more enjoyable. In 1994, "le Ceramiche" moved from its original location in the historically famous Bassano del Grappa to probably the most amazing place in the city: the Old Bridge. Locals call it the Alpini Bridge, but no matter what you call it, this location in the city centre was ideal for Eddy to expand his business. In the heart of the city, "le Ceramiche" now produces over 2000 ceramics annually.
Stylish cups, painted plates, salad bowls, tapas plates, saucers, round, square or coupe: each one is still handcrafted by Eddy himself, just as it all began 37 years ago. Today, his sons Matteo and Andrea are also part of "le Ceramiche".
