Every item produced by Sibania is absolutely unique both in the craftsmanship of each piece and in the technique used, which is unparalleled and difficult to imitate. These items are entirely modelled and hand-painted in our laboratory in the province of Vicenza, Italy. The clothes are thin sheets of porcelain with printed textures. These sheets are cut according to the dress model and then patiently applied to the statue's body. Hairstyles are also occasionally crafted by hand. On the 'biscuit' terracotta, faces, clothes, and accessories are painted with non-toxic colours; the piece is ultimately subjected to further firing called 'third fire'. Any additional details, such as violin strings or tripod axes, are applied at this stage to the finished piece.

The brand places great importance on the centuries-old tradition of the artisan workshop with precise research into materials, and one of their goals is continuous product innovation with respect for human health: using only non-toxic materials, free from lead, cadmium, and other compounds hazardous to health. With experiences in Capodimonte porcelain, it can proudly be said that since the mid-80s, Sibania has been a leading company in this sector of porcelain doll production. Indeed, since the 80s, production has been based on their own models of biscuit components for the most important artisan workshops and porcelain doll manufacturing companies in Italy. In 1998, the company began producing figurines, small sculptures mainly depicting children.
