The company "Mila Maurizi" is the latest chapter in a craft history that traces back to the 1940s, when Luigi Maurizi, a highly talented master weaver, began producing stylish wicker handbags and baskets. Soon after, Maurizi started expanding his markets, increasing the number of collaborators and employees to the extent that in the town of Mogliano, Maurizi contributed to the creation of a craft hub dedicated to wicker weaving.

The passion for exquisitely crafted items is also shared by Giuseppe's children: Mila and Maurizio, who in the early 1990s became the architects of further entrepreneurial evolution of the family business.

With the arrival of Giuseppe (Peppe), Luigi's son, and thanks to his vision of the great potential of his father's workshop, new materials such as cane and bamboo were introduced, suitable for the production of garden furniture as well as elegant furniture accessories. Today, the brand has reached the third generation with Mila, a young entrepreneur who passionately and competently continues her family's long craft history, offering new interior design solutions and innovative home accessories. However, the values remain the same as always: craftsmanship, quality, mastery in the art of weaving, still rigorously performed by skilled hands.

The decision to maintain "Made in Italy" production is an expression of the desire to elevate the skills and ancient craft traditions of this area. The transformation of the company compared to the workshop of the 1950s is significant, yet it remains firmly anchored in the Marche region through solid roots.
