The founders of the brand firmly oppose the idea of mass production by random labour, which they believe would lead to the loss of identity of the manufactured products. For this reason, the company's philosophy places exceptional emphasis on the employed personnel. However, this does not mean that this Italian family is closed to any innovations. They are indeed welcome, provided they introduce elements that do not conflict with the existing vision and can withstand long-term quality tests.

Unlike others, the various stages of knife creation are not handled by specialised groups of craftsmen but are carried out from start to finish by the same person. Thanks to this practice, each blade is completely unique.
The production uses the highest quality materials - the blades are made of steel, and the handles are made from materials such as buffalo, bison, and deer horns, as well as 'bosso' wood.

The brand owners encourage that their creations, although intended for everyday use, be treated with the respect they deserve, which guarantees their long-lasting durability. Each one is, after all, a small, unique artefact.
