Wood, selection

Tiferno specialists carefully and expertly select only the best wood species, verify the best cut, and check the seasoning before subjecting the wood to processing procedures that bring out its specificity.

Wood, stabilisation

Wood, like any living material, undergoes changes even after processing: for this reason, furniture that is still in its natural state is left for several months until it is fully stabilised.
After the stabilisation period, the furniture is carefully sanded and smoothed by our master craftsmen, thus preparing it for painting. After sanding and smoothing the furniture, the masters prepare it for painting. Then the final treatment with beeswax is carried out, which gives a completely natural colour and softness.
