Established in 1895 by David Berti, this family-run workshop seems completely independent of the trends that have prevailed worldwide during its years of operation. Its most important value is the commitment to tradition, which is still upheld by the fourth generation of these Italian craftsmen.

The owners firmly oppose the idea of mass production using unskilled labour, which they believe would lead to the loss of identity of the products offered. Therefore, the company's philosophy places great emphasis on the employed personnel. However, this does not mean that this Italian family is closed to any innovations. They are most welcome, provided they introduce elements that do not conflict with the existing idea and can withstand long-term quality tests.

Unlike the competition, the various stages of knife production are not handled by specialised sections of employees but are often carried out from start to finish by the same person. Thanks to this practice, each blade is completely unique.
The production uses the highest quality materials - the blades are made of steel, and the handles from materials such as buffalo, bison, deer horns, and 'bosso' wood.

The brand owners suggest that their knives, although intended for everyday use, should be treated with due respect, which guarantees their longevity. Each one is, after all, a small, unique work of art.
