In 1965, Italian entrepreneur Diego Piva opened a workshop where he built the best: traditional wooden chairs. The quality of his work was quickly recognised. The small carpentry workshop opened up to new projects while maintaining the same high quality: it became an Italian furniture company that continuously developed.

Diego's knowledge and skills were rewarded for dedicating his life to something important, which over the years never stopped growing (like a child). After years at the helm of the company, Diego Piva decided to hand over management to three long-time collaborators: Massimo, Federico, and Luca. Today, they run the Italian manufacturing plant, aiming to fulfil the original philosophy but combine it with innovation. The new management took the company into their hands, with great effort and determination refreshed the range and began approaching the furniture market with a new spirit. In addition to classic Italian chair production, many new designer chairs and armchairs in contemporary and modern styles were introduced.

Elegant chairs were not enough to meet the ever-growing demand for high-quality Italian furniture. Soon, sofas, tables, coffee tables, cabinets, and bedroom furniture were added to the range.

The company exhibits at the most famous Italian furniture fairs worldwide, I Saloni Milano, for 35 consecutive years since its first participation in 1985.
