Each product labelled "B.C." is meticulously crafted following all the necessary steps to achieve a perfect product, shaped and finished to high quality. Every piece is modelled according to instructions personally dictated by Bruno Costenaro, reflecting his taste, the taste of his clients, and market trends. After the first model is produced, moulds are made for the production of the final products. This begins the time-consuming process of creating this beautiful ceramics.

It all started when Bruno Costenaro, born in Bassano in 1940, began learning the secrets of ceramics. He was thirteen at the time and worked in companies in Marostica and Cassola. At the age of twenty, he decided to create luxury ceramics from Italy, initially with two partners in the town of Vallonara, and later independently in the town of Pianezze.

Over the years, demand for his products grew, and the company moved to Molvena. Initially, the small-scale production took place in the basement of his new residence, and after many setbacks, he built a workshop adjacent to his home, where he still works today. This shows that family-run manufactories are thriving and creating true luxury. The strength of the manufactory was remarkable, thanks to its level of creativity, innovation, interest in export, and the company's ability to overcome crises in this business sector, providing employment over the years to about seventy collaborators, whom Costenaro taught the trade: among them his children, who continue the business.

On 26 March 2000, Bruno Costenaro was awarded the honorary title of master craftsman of the province of Vicenza; in tribute to his exemplary conduct both personally and professionally, distinguished by his commitment to work and generosity in passing on techniques and values to future generations. To date, Ceramiche Bruno Costenaro has had the advantage of being one of the most prestigious ceramic factories in the area, always looking to the future, conducting research to satisfy its customers by providing them with high-quality ceramic products.

What is the process of creating this stylish ceramics?

Each piece of ceramics from the mould is then hand-finished. It is lacquered using the "a bagno" (dipping) method, according to the colours chosen by the client (for example: white, black, ruby red, cobalt blue, emerald green), and then fired at a temperature of 1020.
